Education for sustainable development: Further education and training of trainees from different training courses and company sectors on the topics of climate change (adaptation) and biodiversity. Experience of self-efficacy of the trainees through practical implementation and application of what they have learned in the form of trainee gardens on their own company premises.
The EU Horizon project CircHive will help businesses and the public sector to recognise, measure and transparently report on the value of biodiversity.
Throughout Europe, the project will raise the understanding that biodiversity-oriented design of business premises improves the protection and developement of biodiversity at local level. At the same time the working climate and well-being of personnel can be improved.
The aim is to promote exchange and cooperation between business, ministries and NGOs and to encourage action. Biodiversity should be taken into account in corporate management in order to achieve a measurable contribution to the protection of biodiversity.
The aim of Zukunftsgrün is to jointly address climate change adaptation, climate protection and the protection of biodiversity and to demonstrate solutions for a sustainable design of urban areas.
